Can I open and save documents on your websites?

In order to open and/or save some forms and documents on this website and within our Online Banking system, you must have an Adobe Acrobat file (.pdf) reader on your computer. To test if you can read .pdf files click here. If a “Congratulations!” message appears, your computer has the proper .pdf file reader. If you see a message box asking you to either open or save the file, you need to download the free Adobe Acrobat Reader program at

If this is your first time logging in, you’ll need to confirm your personal information including your WPCCU Member Number and email address. If you are an existing Online Banking user, your login username will remain the same. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your personal information to get started. To ensure the security of your accounts, please call us at (866) 903-7064 if you do not know your Member Number.

If you’ve logged into the new Online or Mobile Banking after June 26, 2018, the forgot password and forgot username tools can be used to recover your account information. If you still need assistance, please call us for assistance at (866) 903-7064 during business hours.
