Can I open and save documents on your websites?

In order to open and/or save some forms and documents on this website and within our Online Banking system, you must have an Adobe Acrobat file (.pdf) reader on your computer. To test if you can read .pdf files click here. If a “Congratulations!” message appears, your computer has the proper .pdf file reader. If you see a message box asking you to either open or save the file, you need to download the free Adobe Acrobat Reader program at https://get.adobe.com/reader/.

How do I know if my browser will work?

A browser-enabled flash player is also required to properly view and download statements and documents. To check your browser for a flash player, click here. If you see a “Congratulations!” message, your browser is properly configured. If not, please follow the instructions to download the proper browser for your computer.

Make Sure Your Browser is Up-to-Date

For the best online banking experience, make sure your browser is up-to-date. If you use Internet Explorer, make sure you have Internet Explorer version 9 or higher. Current versions of Firefox, Safari, and Chrome may also be used. Using outdated browsers may make your computer unsafe and may affect the functionality of the websites you visit.

Having trouble logging In?

If this is your first time logging in please follow these instructions:

  1. Enter your Online Banking ID.
  2. Enter your Password. You must use the last four numbers of your Social Security Number as your temporary password the first time you log in.
  3. Then follow the on-screen instructions to set up your new password, security image and security settings.
