Having trouble logging In?

If this is your first time logging in please follow these instructions:

  1. Enter your Online Banking ID.
  2. Enter your Password. You must use the last four numbers of your Social Security Number as your temporary password the first time you log in.  
  3. Then follow the on-screen instructions to set up your new password, security image and security settings.

If you’ve forgotten your Online Banking ID or password, or find that it isn’t working, please call us for assistance at 1-800-300-9728.

The main responsibility of the Supervisory Committee is to periodically review the activities of WPCCU to ensure responsible management, as well as to verify compliance with rules and regulations. How to change your mailing address with the Credit Union
The fastest and most secure way to update your mailing address is to log on to your Online Banking Account, click on the "Services" tab on the navigation bar, then click "Continue" next to “Change your address” and complete the change of address information on the following page. You may also change your address at any branch location.
Or, you may mail a signed change of address letter that includes all account numbers to our main office at 1053 W. Sunset Blvd. Los Angeles CA 90012.

For the safety of your accounts, WPCCU will not change an address based on a postal return mail sticker on returned mail received by the credit union. You must contact the credit union as outlined above in order to change your address.
