Protect yourself from Debit Card fraud.
Use security alerts!




No matter how careful you are, fraud can happen. But when you set up security email and text alerts for every transaction, you’ll no longer be the last to know. With alerts, you will know if someone makes a fraudulent or unauthorized transaction. And when fraudsters do take over your account, they usually test the card with a few small transactions. With the right alert strategy, you can catch them immediately.

Below are instructions for setting up your alerts. If you believe you have been a victim of debit card fraud please call us immediately at 1-800-300-9728.

How to set up MasterCard Debit Card security alerts in Online Banking:

It’s easy to set up security alerts for your debit card transactions.

1. Login to Online Banking
2. Select the Settings
3. Select Alerts
4. Select Transaction
5. Select Debit Card/ATM Transaction
6. Select $1 as the transaction limit at which point a text message will be triggered
7. Select Email and/or Text as the delivery channel(s) for your notification
8. Click Continue
9. Enter your email address and/or cell phone number to receive your security alert message by text(you will also need to enter the name of your cell phone company, such as Sprint, Verizon, or AT&T)
10. Click Submit

Having trouble logging In?

If this is your first time logging in please follow these instructions:

  1. Enter your Online Banking ID.
  2. Enter your Password. You must use the last four numbers of your Social Security Number as your temporary password the first time you log in.
  3. Then follow the on-screen instructions to set up your new password, security image and security settings. 

If you’ve forgotten your Online Banking ID or password, or find that it isn’t working, please call us for assistance at 1-800-300-9728.
