Life Insurance
In a world full of uncertainties, for most it's vitally important to be protected against loss and financial liability. We want to help you protect your family, your financial status and your credit rating with a variety of affordable and potentially beneficial insurance programs.
Life insurance benefits help to provide financial protection at a time when everything is uncertain. Our financial advisor can assist you in determining your life insurance needs in order to help protect your family, estate or business. Here are examples of different forms of life insurance.
Term Life Insurance
Term policies provide life insurance for a specific period of time. These policies help protect your beneficiaries in the event of your death. They do not generate a cash value.
Universal Life Insurance
Universal Life Insurance allows the policy owner to vary, with limitations, the amount and timing of the payments and the death benefit. Cash values are accumulated by crediting premium interest to the general account of the carrier from which deductions are made for the extra cost of the insurance.
Variable Universal Life
With variable universal life insurance, policy owners direct the distribution of their premium payment amounts several different “sub accounts” rather than an account the company has set up. Typical choices are sub accounts which invest in security products such as stocks and bonds. The reason why the account is variable is that the cash value varies in relations to the value of the underlying security*.
Payment of the death benefit is dependent on the claims paying ability of the insurance company.
Whole Life Insurance
Whole life insurance has guaranteed premiums and death benefits and a minimum interest account is credited to the policy accumulation account.
Accident Death and Dismemberment Insurance
Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance (AD&D) provides coverage in the event of death or a loss or eyesight, speech or hearing. Eligible members (18 years of age to 70) have $2000 worth of free AD&D Insurance (members over seventy receive $1,000). You may choose to purchase additional coverage from $10,000 to $250,000.
