Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is composed of nine volunteer members who administer the general management of the credit union’s affairs, funds and records. This year’s Board of Directors members are Michele Wilson, Chair; Linda Wu, First Vice Chair; Venest Henry-Evans, Second Vice Chair; Gary Sheets, Treasurer; Belinda Crawford, Secretary; Louie Ferrer, Assistant Secretary; Gayle McDonald, Assistant Treasurer; Bill Younger, Assistant Treasurer; Randall Shirk, Assistant Treasurer.

Supervisory Committee

WPCCU’s Supervisory committee is composed of five volunteer members who monitor the credit union’s checks and balances system for accuracy of financial resources and the practice of sound internal controls. The committee is also responsible for working with the credit union’s management team to protect the assets of the membership. The 2009-2010 Supervisory Committee members are: Lani Floresca, Chair; Gladys Berry-Porter, Vice Chair; Hugo Torres, Secretary; Gerard Watson, Committee Member.
