Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is composed of nine volunteer members who administer the general management of the credit union’s affairs, funds and records. This year’s Board of Directors members are Bill Younger, Chair; Venest Henry-Evans, First Vice Chair; Gayle McDonald, Second Vice Chair; Michele Wilson, Treasurer, Belinda Crawford, Secretary; Louie Ferrer, Assistant Secretary; Randall Shirk, Assistant Treasurer; Gary Sheets, Assistant Treasurer; Linda Wu, Assistant Treasurer.

Supervisory Committee

WPCCU’s Supervisory committee is composed of five volunteer members who monitor the credit union’s checks and balances system for accuracy of financial resources and the practice of sound internal controls. The committee is also responsible for working with the credit union’s management team to protect the assets of the membership. This year’s Supervisory Committee members are: Lani Floresca, Chair; Patrick Umeh, Vice Chair; Shirl Powell, Secretary; Gladys Berry, Committee Member; Hugo Torres, Committee Member.
