Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is composed of nine volunteer members who administer the general management of the credit union’s affairs, funds and records.
This year’s Board of Directors members are Gary Sheets, Chair; Randy Shirk, First Vice Chair; Venest Henry-Evans, Second Vice Chair; Michele Wilson, Treasurer; Belinda Crawford, Secretary; Hugo Torres, Assistant Secretary; Bill Younger, Assistant Treasurer; Linda Wu, Assistant Treasurer; Louie Ferrer, Assistant Treasurer.

Supervisory Committee
WPCCU’s Supervisory Committee is composed of five volunteer members who monitor the credit union’s checks and balances system for accuracy of financial resources and the practice of sound internal controls. The committee is also responsible for working with the credit union’s management team to protect the assets of the membership.
The 2010-2011 Supervisory Committee members are: Gladys Berry-Porter, Chair; Gerard Watson, First Vice Chair; Lani Floresca, Secretary; and Bruce Dennis.
